| Ordering
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website. You can place an order using a debit or credit card through PayPal. PayPal does not provide us with any of your financial data. At this time, we cannot accept personal checks.
Order Fulfillment
Almost all of the items available on our website are made and/or monogrammed for you once you place an order. Because these items are custom made, measurements given are approximate. Most items will ship within 7 to 10 days from the date an order is placed. Shipping times will vary based on your proximity to Preppy Parade (we are located in Northern Virginia). You will be notified if a longer turnaround time will be required. If you need your items shipped sooner, please email me and I will let you know if I can meet your schedule.
If you are located in Northern Virginia, please email me before placing an order on the site. I can ship your merchandise via first class mail or you can pick up your merchandise directly from me; either way you can reduce or eliminate shipping charges.
Group Discounts
If you need five or more of the same item (bridal parties, sports teams, etc.) please email me to inquire about group discounts.
Returns/Refunds
We cannot accept returns on any personalized items unless the mistake is ours. Please choose your fonts carefully and follow our suggested guidelines when placing orders. If there are any questions whatsover about personalizing a particular product, please email me and I will be more than happy to assist you with your order. Items that have not been personalized and that are in new and unused condition may be returned to us within 14 days for a refund of the product price - shipping charges will not be refunded. You must contact me prior to returning any items. We will not be responsible for any returns that are lost or misdirected through the mail. Again, I am more than happy to answer any questions about any of our products before you place an order.
Sales Tax
Only residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia will be charged 5% sales tax on all orders.
Shipping Rates
All packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges within the continental United States are as follows:
Up to $10 - $4.50
$10.01 to $50.00 - $5.50
$50.01 to $100 - $8.50
$100.01 to $200.00 - $12.50
Over $200 - free shipping
For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote. We are unable to ship outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time.
